Camper Code of Conduct

RSSA Camper Code of Conduct

To ensure a safe, welcoming, and fun camp experience for all, every camper is expected to
follow the guidelines below:

Show Courtesy and Respect for Everyone
A Renbrook camper treats counselors, staff, and fellow campers with kindness, patience, and
respect. Campers listen carefully, use respectful language, and work together to create a
supportive camp community.

Keep Yourself and Others Safe
A Renbrook camper makes safe choices at all times—physically and emotionally. Campers
follow safety instructions, stay with their group, use materials appropriately, and help others feel
included and secure.

Respect Camp Property and Nature
A Renbrook camper takes care of camp spaces, equipment, and natural surroundings.
Campers use materials responsibly and leave spaces better than they found them.

Participate Positively in Camp Activities
A Renbrook camper brings a positive attitude and gives their best effort in all camp activities.
Campers encourage others, try new things, and help make every activity fun and meaningful for
everyone.

Be in the Right Place at the Right Time
A Renbrook camper stays with their group and follows daily schedules. Campers always let a
counselor know where they are and never leave a supervised area without permission.

Dismissal Policy

We want every camper to have a positive and rewarding experience. However, if a camper is unable to follow the expectations outlined in this Code of Conduct, we may need to dismiss them from camp without refund in order to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all. This decision will be made thoughtfully and at the sole discretion of the Camp Director.
