Renbrook School Summer Adventure

Renbrook School Summer Adventure is a day camp open to children aged 3 through Grade 10.

Our staff demonstrates maturity, personal integrity, and sensitivity to the needs of your children. We maintain a low camper to staff ratio to ensure the best possible experience. We have carefully developed our programs for each age group that envelops your child's growth and needs at different stages of their development.

Dear Renbrook School Summer Adventure Families,

photo of Kath Sigrist Summer 2026 is almost here - camp runs June 8–July 31! Our team is ready for another season full of adventure, growth, and fun. More than 50 years of camp traditions are alive and well, from swimming and archery to rocketry, cooking, ceramics, ropes courses, and woodworking - plus new surprises to keep each week fresh.

At RSSA, the magic isn’t just in the activities - it’s in the people. Campers are guided by counselors who know them, cheer them on, and celebrate every small victory. Friendships and connections are at the heart of the RSSA experience, as campers explore, play, and lead the way with curiosity and joy!

Registration is now open, and spots fill quickly. We hope to see your camper for a summer full of memories, connections, and adventure!

With excitement,

Kathleen Sigrist

Yesterday afternoon, 5th graders arrived at the Stedman Arena Wind Tunnel (TM) to race their sailcars!
They have been working hard on iterating their designs while learning about how surface area, friction, and aerodynamics affect the distance their sailcar can travel.
With help from our Celebrity Judges, Mrs. Woods, Mrs. Stepanishen, and Mr. Morrison, and our 5th-grade science teachers, Mrs. Goodrich and Mrs. Benson, the races were on! This year's crop of sailcars traveled the furthest they've ever gone, with thrilling collisions, near-misses, and an occasional wheel falling off.
Four medals were awarded:
In third place, with a distance of 38' 4" was Faye.
In second place, with a distance of 43' 10 ½" was Claire.
In first place, with a record-setting distance of 45' 3" was Eamon.
The Coolest Design medal went to Miya for her sailcar, The Flaming Peanut.
Congratulations to our medalists!🥇🏅

Two young alums and the founders of It Matters, Mackenzie Toro '22 and Sadie Tulley '22, were guest presenters at Morning Meeting today in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month. In a first-year high school class, they created a fake company as part of a leadership project. Over the past 3 years, they have turned that simple project into a nonprofit clothing brand that raises awareness about the importance of mental health. Their hoodies can be seen on high school and college campuses around the country, and the demand for their brand is growing beyond their wildest dreams!
Sadie and Mackenzie credit Renbrook with laying the foundation for them to take their ideas and turn them into an impactful business through perseverance, creativity, and hard work. They thanked their Renbrook teachers for encouraging them to take risks and for making them feel seen, heard, and capable, and they shared their story at Morning Meeting to “inspire students to use their voices and pursue their passions.” It Matters seeks to help people feel seen and heard, to remind people that their feelings, struggles, and stories truly matter, and to encourage conversations about mental health. Thanks for visiting, Mackenzie and Sadie! We are so proud of you! #renbrookalumni #mentalhealth @itmatters_apparel
