Will Strumolo

Will Strumolo joined Renbrook in 2023 as Director of Enrollment Management. He holds a BA in English from Georgetown University and a Master of Music from New York University, reflecting both his academic and creative interests.

Before arriving at Renbrook, Will spent thirteen years at The Buckley School in New York City, where he served as a teacher, coach, and administrator. His experience across multiple roles in independent school education provides him with a comprehensive perspective on student development, school leadership, and community building.

At Renbrook, Will leads enrollment management and oversees the admission process, working closely with families as they begin their journey with the school. He is committed to building a vibrant, mission-aligned community and ensuring that each new student is thoughtfully welcomed and supported. In addition to his leadership work, he coaches boys’ soccer and lacrosse in the Upper School, mentoring student-athletes and reinforcing the values of teamwork and perseverance.

Will is motivated by the opportunity to inspire and shape the next generation of thinkers and doers. He values Renbrook’s close-knit community and the breadth of opportunities that allow students to explore their interests and grow in meaningful ways. Outside of school, he enjoys sports, travel, and music.
