Robin Egan

Robin Egan joined Renbrook in 2015 and serves as Director of Beginning and Lower School Admissions, guiding families from Preschool through Grade 4 as they explore the Renbrook experience. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Hartwick College and brings a unique professional background that spans both the financial services sector and independent school admissions.

Earlier in her career, Robin worked at Massachusetts Investment Services, where she rose to the role of Assistant Vice President of Retirement Services. She later transitioned into education as Director of Admissions and Marketing at The Master’s School, where she developed a deep appreciation for the life-changing impact of independent school communities. These experiences shaped her ability to support families with clarity, empathy, and thoughtful guidance.

At Renbrook, Robin focuses on helping parents discover the many strengths of the school’s Beginning and Lower School programs. She values building authentic relationships with families and ensuring they feel informed, welcomed, and confident as they consider joining the Renbrook community. She believes that the admissions process is not just about enrollment, but about partnership and finding the right fit for each child.

What Robin loves most about Renbrook is its warm, welcoming, and caring community. She is inspired daily by the relationships she builds with families and colleagues alike. Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling. Having lived in both England and France, she brings a global perspective and appreciation for culture to her work. Her favorite book, The Secret Garden, reflects her belief in the power of nurturing environments to help children grow and flourish.
