Natalie Kirkpatrick
Director of Athletics

University of Birmingham - B.A., Manhattanville College - M.A.
Natalie Kirkpatrick has been a member of the Renbrook community since 2014 and currently serves as Director of Athletics. She holds a B.A. from Birmingham University and an M.A. from Manhattanville College, along with a Connecticut Physical Education teaching license.
Natalie brings diverse professional experience to her role. Prior to Renbrook, she taught Physical Education and Health at Somers Academy in Connecticut, where she supported students’ physical development and well-being. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Personal Assistant at Forester Capital in Greenwich, gaining valuable experience in organization, leadership, and strategic support.
At Renbrook, Natalie leads the school’s athletics and physical education programs across all divisions. She is passionate about using sports and movement to help shape confident, disciplined, and collaborative young people. She believes athletics provide powerful opportunities for students to learn perseverance, leadership, teamwork, and accountability.
Natalie maintains an open-door policy and prioritizes building relationships with students from age three through eighth grade. By getting to know students as individuals, she can guide and support them not only as athletes but as growing people navigating their school experience.
She loves the strong sense of community and family that defines Renbrook. Outside of school, Natalie enjoys all things sports and spending time with her family and her cat. A proud, fun fact: she is originally from England.
