Liz Oxsalida

Liz brings over 15 years of leadership experience in independent schools, most notably in program management, student engagement, and extended day and enrichment programming. Her professional journey includes a long and successful tenure at Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart in Miami, where she served as Associate Director of Athletics, Physical Education Discipline Chair, teacher, and coach. There, she developed and oversaw after-school programming for students in Grades K–8, managed scheduling and logistics, mentored staff, and worked closely with families to ensure consistent, student-centered experiences. Most recently, she taught Physical Education and coached at Trinity School in New York City, continuing her commitment to fostering environments where every student feels known, supported, and challenged. 

As Director of Renbrook PLUS, Liz will lead our Early Birds, Extended Day, Afternoon Adventure, and Vacation Adventure programs. Her background in physical education, wellness, and athletic administration, combined with her collaborative spirit and operational expertise, make her uniquely suited to guide this vital part of Renbrook’s whole-child and whole-day experience. Liz’s warmth, professionalism, and deep understanding of child development align closely with Renbrook’s mission to inspire character, knowledge, and creativity in students.
