Kath Sigrist

Director of Auxiliary Programs

Williams College - B.A., Seton Hall University - M.P.A.

Kathleen Sigrist joined Renbrook in 2024 as Director of Renbrook School Summer Adventure and Director of Renbrook Auxiliary Programs. She leads the planning and implementation of engaging summer programming and extended-day opportunities that allow students to explore interests, build friendships, and grow in a supportive and joyful environment.

Kath holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Williams College and a Master of Public Administration from Seton Hall University. She is currently completing a Master of Library and Information Science at the University of Alabama, with an expected completion date of April 2026. A certified lifeguard and basketball coach, she remains deeply connected to youth athletics and student development.

Over the course of more than 20 years, Kath has worked in admissions, financial aid, student advising, and coaching at both secondary schools and colleges. In 2020, she transitioned into library work at The Loomis Chaffee School, where she further strengthened her commitment to expanding access to resources and supporting students in meaningful ways. Her diverse professional background informs her thoughtful approach to leadership, relationship building, and program development.

Kath works in education because she loves working with children and deepening her professional relationships within a school community. She is especially drawn to Renbrook’s warmth and the meaningful care shown to each child. Through her leadership of Renbrook Summer Adventure and Renbrook Auxiliary Programs, as well as her coaching role, she supports students by creating spaces where they feel known, supported, and excited to participate.

Fun fact about Kath – she is the ninth of ten children. Outside of school, Kath enjoys reading, staying involved in youth sports, and spending time with her husband, four daughters, and their imperfect but beloved mutt! Her favorite guiding phrase is simple yet powerful: choose gratitude.
