Allie Copertari joined Renbrook in 2025 as the Administrative Assistant for Renbrook PLUS, where she helps support the School’s Extended Day Program for students from Preschool through Grade 8. With a strong academic foundation, she earned her MBA in Global Sales from The University of Akron and was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma in recognition of her academic excellence. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from ITESM in Mexico, graduating with honors.
Allie brings a rich professional background to her role in education. She has held leadership and management positions at globally recognized organizations, including TRUMPF in Connecticut, TTI Floor Care North America in Ohio, Soft Lite LLC, and Grupo Elektra in Mexico. Her experience spans marketing, global sales, operations, organizational development, and strategic planning. Throughout her career, she developed strong skills in communication, coordination, and team leadership, all of which now support her work within the Renbrook community.
In Renbrook PLUS, Allie helps create a safe, supervised, and engaging environment where students can complete homework, build healthy routines, develop positive peer relationships, and participate in creative and physical activities. She believes that meaningful support begins with presence. By listening carefully, building authentic connections, and responding to what children need in the moment, she helps students feel valued and supported in every aspect of their development.
Allie works in education because she finds true joy in being part of children’s growth, even in the smallest everyday moments. Their curiosity and energy inspire her to bring creativity and care to her work. She is especially grateful for Renbrook’s warm, welcoming community and the shared commitment to helping every child feel at home.
Outside of school, Allie enjoys biking daily during the summer and spending time outdoors. She is bilingual in Spanish and English. A fun fact about her is that when she was just ten years old, she organized her own summer camp and began teaching math to other children, an early glimpse of her entrepreneurial spirit and love of learning. One of her favorite books is Emotional Intelligence by Daniel Goleman, which reflects her belief in the importance of empathy, self-awareness, and connection in both leadership and life.
