Abigail Falzarano
Preschool Lead Teacher

Worcester State Unversity - B.A.
Abigail Falzarano joined Renbrook in 2023 as a Preschool Teacher in the Beginning School, bringing creativity, curiosity, and a deep appreciation for nature to her classroom. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art from Worcester State University and is trained in the Reggio Emilia approach, which emphasizes child-led exploration, inquiry, and the environment as a teacher.
Prior to joining Renbrook, Abigail worked in nature-based early education in Portland, Maine, where she cultivated a passion for integrating organic materials and outdoor experiences into early childhood learning. She believes that young children learn best through hands-on discovery and meaningful engagement with the natural world. In her classroom, nature is woven into daily experiences, whether through sensory exploration, artistic expression, or collaborative projects that spark imagination and deepen understanding.
Abigail teaches because children have a remarkable ability to bring joy to the mundane and challenge her to grow each day. She sees her role as both guide and learner, creating a classroom environment that nurtures wonder, comfort, and belonging. By thoughtfully curating spaces and experiences, she ensures that each child feels safe, valued, and inspired to explore their world with confidence.
What Abigail loves most about Renbrook is its strong sense of community and the shared commitment to supporting the whole child. Outside of school, she continues to express her creativity through painting and drawing, enjoys antiquing and searching for vintage treasures, and spends time with her dog and her cat. A fun personal detail she shares is her fascination with jumping spiders, often keeping one as a pet during the spring and summer months. Her favorite book, Thunderstruck by Erik Larson, reflects her love of history, storytelling, and the unexpected connections that shape our world.
