Renbrook Hosts Career Day with CT’s First Female Lieutenant Governor

Two of the alumni visiting were Trace Alford ’82 who is currently a resident chef at Sur La Table, and Mike Bogino ’99 who is a Manufacturing Manager of the Pressure Relief division of The Lee Company in Westbrook, CT. Renbrook was also honored to have Peter Britton ’55 who started Brick Ends Farm in South Hamilton, MA. His farm has grown into a major commercial organic compost maker. Finally, Renbrook was proud to host the Honorary Eunice Groark ’50 who in 1991 was elected as Connecticut’s Lieutenant Governor. The first woman to hold this office in our state, Eunice served for four years with Governor Lowell Weicker. Eunice received the Distinguished Alumni Award on Saturday, October 28, 2017, at the Alumni Day Luncheon.
