Child Care Programs Staff

Renbrook School (West Hartford, CT), an independent day school for children age 3 to Grade 8 is seeking experienced staff to fill part-time positions as Program Staff in our Child Care Program that includes Before-School, After-School, and Vacation Care.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• The daily supervision of their group.
• Responsible for assisting in the implementation of all program components and program activities during Before-School/After-School programs and Vacation Care.
• The Program Staff guides the social development of students, ensuring a safe, enriching, and healthy learning environment.
• Responsible for educating and engaging students, supervision, and management of a classroom as assigned. 

The ideal candidate will possess a college degree in teaching and learning or a related field, with one to three years of experience working with children.
