Beginning & Lower School Registrar & Administrative Assistant

Marchman College - C.D.A.

Tia Raimo has been a dedicated member of the Renbrook community since 2016, serving as the Beginning School and Lower School Administrative Assistant and Registrar. She holds an Associate of Science in Child Development from Marchman College and brings a rich background in early childhood education, school leadership support, and marketing. Her professional credentials include Child Development Certification, Dance Ability Teacher Certification, and marketing training.

Before joining Renbrook, Tia worked as a Preschool and Junior Kindergarten teacher and later as Assistant Director at Creative Kidz Center. She also served as a Head’s Assistant at Marshalltown Christian School and currently maintains experience as a Franchise Assistant and Marketing Manager for Happy Cat Hotel. These varied roles have shaped her strong organizational skills and her warm, people-centered approach.

At Renbrook, Tia supports both the Lower School Head and the Beginning School Director while managing the Registrar’s office. She also works directly with students as an After School Adventure teacher, leading Project Runway Club and Recycled Art Club, and helps coordinate Ski Club. Whether in the office or in a classroom, she is passionate about building supportive relationships and creating a safe, encouraging environment for children from Preschool through Grade 4.

Tia finds great joy in being part of a vibrant school community where each day brings something new and exciting. Outside of school, she enjoys running, hiking, dancing, water skiing, boating, and writing. She loves spontaneous adventures and trying new things. Tia is the proud parent of three children. Her gentle giant dog occasionally visits students on campus, and her diva cat rules the house at home. One of eight siblings, Tia has lived in five different states and competed in the Junior Olympics for gymnastics three consecutive years. Her favorite book, The Hidden Life of Trees, became especially meaningful after reading it alongside her daughter for a Renbrook science class.
