Patty DePasquale
School Nurse

Boston College - B.S.N.
Since joining Renbrook in 2018, Patty Depasquale has been a trusted and steady presence as the School Nurse, caring for students across all grade levels. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Boston College and is board certified as a Nationally Certified School Nurse. Her prior experience includes serving as a school nurse at Intensive Education Academy, Granby High School, and within the Simsbury School District, where she developed a deep understanding of the medical and emotional needs of children and adolescents.
At Renbrook, Patty focuses on supporting children’s health in all its dimensions. She monitors physical well-being, responds to day-to-day health concerns, and provides guidance to students, families, and faculty. Beyond clinical care, she offers reassurance and compassion. She sees herself as the shoulder a child can lean on until parents can intervene, creating a safe space where students feel heard and supported.
Patty cannot imagine working outside of education. She thrives in the school environment and values the daily connections she builds with students and colleagues. She especially appreciates Renbrook’s supportive culture, where care extends beyond students to faculty and staff as well.
Outside of school, Patty enjoys biking and a variety of water sports, embracing an active and energetic lifestyle. She proudly shares that she completes 60 push-ups every day, a reflection of her determination and discipline. Guided by the practical wisdom, “Don’t back up more than you have to,” Patty approaches both her work and her life with resilience, strength, and heart.
