Kerry Doherty has been an integral member of Renbrook’s Leadership Team since 2012, serving as Chief Financial Officer and guiding the School’s financial strategy with expertise and care. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Boston University’s School of Management and a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from Boston University’s School of Education. Kerry is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Global Management Accountant, credentials that reflect both technical proficiency and strategic financial leadership.

Her professional background includes experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she developed a strong foundation in public accounting, as well as financial and administrative leadership roles at Boston University and the University of Connecticut. These experiences shaped her understanding of complex institutions and the importance of aligning financial stewardship with mission-driven priorities.

At Renbrook, Kerry oversees all aspects of the School’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, investments, risk management, and long-term planning. She works closely with fellow administrators and trustees to ensure that financial decisions support academic excellence, community well-being, and institutional sustainability. Her thoughtful leadership enables the School to make strategic investments while maintaining strong fiscal responsibility.
