Kayla Johnson joined Renbrook in 2022 in our preschool program and then moved to kindergarten. Before joining Renbrook, Kayla worked at Braeburn Elementary School in West Hartford as an assistant teacher, and she was a member of Renbrook’s After-School team and the Summer Adventure Staff.
Kayla earned her BA in elementary education and science from Central Connecticut University and her Connecticut Teaching Certification in early education. Kayla enjoys summertime at the beach, and playing soccer and basketball recreationally. Students’ curiosity and imagination guide her teaching: “I love helping every student reach their highest potential and beyond!”
