From their first library visit of the year to a terrace filled with readers, Renbrook students are showing just how much they value the joy of books. 📚
Fourth graders celebrated their new privilege of checking out three books at a time, while eighth graders gathered for DEAR (drop everything and read) in the fresh air. What a wonderful way to share our love of reading!

🌱Planted in the spring, savored in the fall! Our greenhouse garden overflowed with juicy tomatoes, earthy beets, crisp carrots, and so much more. Even a few unexpected friends blended right in with the greenery.
Can you spot the special visitor in the last photo? Here’s a hint: it’s Connecticut’s state insect!

Congratulations to all our readers! 📚✨
This summer’s challenge was no small feat—20 books! Despite all the exciting ways to spend summer, these students made time for reading, and we couldn’t be prouder. 👏
Pictured are just a few of our amazing readers who completed the challenge. Did you have a favorite summer read? Share it with us below!

Day 2, and our second graders are already creating and connecting! 🎨 They designed self‑portraits, then shared their stories as they got to know new classmates. We love seeing identities shine and friendships begin.

The second day of school has brought joyful energy throughout the campus!
From classrooms to playgrounds, students engaged in activities that encouraged teamwork and friendship. First graders especially enjoyed their time in PE, where games and movement allowed them to share, laugh, and learn about one another. The refreshed court provided the perfect backdrop, adding to the spirit of connection and celebration.👏
