Next week, we have two exciting Fidelco events taking place on campus.
Thursday, May 15th, students have organized a bake sale for their peers during the school day.
On Friday, May 16th, everyone is invited to join the fun from 12:30 to 2:15! The afternoon will feature games, face painting, a silent auction, and a photo booth. Rumor has it that a special guest—a sweet Fidelco puppy—will make an appearance!

Yesterday, Dr. Howard, a parent from the lower school, visited to speak with students about the important role of doctors and surgeons as compassionate helpers, as well as how to respond in emergencies. He explained that surgery combines both art and science. Afterward, the students practiced making incisions and sutures on a banana, honing their steady hands. Thank you, Dr. Howard!

We love time with our buddies! Sixth and third-grade buddies spent time together this morning. The activities students chose with their buddies were (1) building the most interesting LEGO structure, (2) creating the tallest, freestanding tower with only paper and tape, or (3) creating the most words or the longest word using letter tiles. It was a busy morning!

🌿 A Special Dedication at Renbrook School 🌿
Last Friday, Renbrook School was proud to honor Howard Wright, our beloved Science Department Head, with the dedication of the school pond as Wright`s Pond. After 45 years of inspiring students and faculty alike, Howard will retire this June, leaving behind an incredible legacy of passion for outdoor education and environmental science.
Howard’s knowledge of dendrology, ornithology, geology, and limnology has sparked curiosity in countless students. His dedication to teaching and exploring Renbrook’s natural wonders — from the pond to the woods and trails — has profoundly shaped the way we view learning outdoors. Generations of students have learned from Howard`s guidance, cultivating a deep appreciation for nature and the world around us.
The naming of Wright`s Pond ensures that Howard’s legacy will live on, as future generations of students will continue to explore the very same place that has inspired so many.
Thank you, Howard, for all you’ve done for Renbrook — your impact will be felt for years to come. 🌲
