Owls: Grades 3 & 4

Owls Schedule Highlights
  • Daily swim lessons
  • Morning of scheduled activities with their group, including PE, gymnastics, rocketry, nature, woodworking, archery, and more!
  • Participation in camp-wide activities and Special Thursdays.

Tennis
Tennis is a fun-filled, exciting program that helps build confidence and technique in a safe group setting. Beginning in third grade, campers are given individual instruction in forehand, backhand, and serve. The emphasis is on technique as well as playing games. Campers may bring their own racket or use the camp rackets.

Archery

Under a certified instructor's guidance, small groups are given individual instruction using Recurve Bows and fiberglass arrows for optimum performance. Campers may qualify for awards using the National Junior Archery Development Program. Archery teaches skills such as hand-eye coordination, perseverance, self-control, and mental discipline - and it’s fun!

Rocketry
Campers will receive an introduction to rocketry by building their own rocket under the guidance of our staff. At the end of each session, campers will be ready to launch their rockets on the athletic fields.
