Childcare Programs

Renbrook School families have a variety of options for Before-School and After-School Programs to fit their schedules covering before and after the normal education day hours of their child’s school day. Children can be registered online through the Renbrook School website and fees are based on the combinations of the days, hours, and program levels selected. Seasonal programs in the After-School Adventures curriculum are run for specified days and weeks depending on the season and the specifics of the program offered. Dates, times, and costs of these programs will be published and distributed to families several weeks in advance of the program start.

Preschool to Grade 8 Before-School Program

Contracted students are welcome to arrive daily beginning at 7:00 a.m. and will report to the Dining Areas and Stedman Auditorium to be signed into the program. Students will be escorted to their homerooms at 7:45 a.m. each morning.

PRICING
Before-School Care has a contracted rate of $5.00 per day. Families sign-up for the year and may select one or more multiple days.

Preschool to Grade 5 Vacation Care

Vacation Care is offered on a limited basis for the 2021-2022 school year.

Preschool to Grade 4 After-School Adventure Programs

These are themed-based programs that are offered each season and include a variety of fun, extra-curricular activities such as arts and crafts, pottery, Chess Club, coding and robotics, ice skating, origami, cooking, and more! Adventure Programs are open to all Renbrook School students in Preschool-Grade 5. Registration for Adventure Programs is separate from other After-School programs, a separate fee is charged for the program (reduced fee applies for After-School contract registered students), and each program runs from 6-8 weeks depending on the content. Hours are generally 3:00 - 4:00 p.m. for one day each week. Programs may be mixed and matched according to availability and desire to attend.

Special Program Notes

Space is limited for all After-School Programs to maintain safe staffing and oversight levels.
All After-School Programs require advanced registration.
After-School Adventure Programs require an additional fee that varies by program, reduced for contracted After-School students.
Families are billed at the end of each session.

PRICING
