Childcare Programs

Renbrook School families have a variety of options for Before-School and After-School Programs to fit their schedules beyond the normal school day hours. Children can be registered online through the Renbrook School website and fees are based on the combinations of the days, hours, and program levels selected. Seasonal programs in the After-School Adventure curriculum are run for specified days and weeks depending on the season and the specifics of the program offered. Dates, times and costs of these programs will be published and distributed to families several weeks in advance of the program's start.

Preschool to Grade 8 Before-School Program

Contracted students are welcome to arrive daily beginning at 7:00 a.m. and are escorted to their homerooms at 7:45 a.m. each morning.

PRICING
Before-School Care has a contracted rate of $10.00 per day. Families sign-up for the year and may select one or more multiple days.

Preschool - Grade 6 Vacation Care

Vacation Care is offered on select school holidays and breaks for students in Preschool - Grade 5.

Full-Day: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Cost: $100.00

Half-Day: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Cost: $ 50.00

Preschool - Grade 4 After-School Adventure Programs

Themed-based programs are offered each season and include a variety of fun, extra-curricular activities such as arts and crafts, pottery, Chess Club, coding and robotics, Legos, origami, cooking, and more! Adventure Programs are open to all Renbrook School students in Preschool-Grade 4. Registration for Adventure Programs is separate from other After-School programs and a separate fee is charged for the program (reduced fee applies for After-School contract registered students). Each program runs 6-8 weeks depending on the content. Hours are generally 3:00 - 4:00 p.m. for one day each week. Programs may be mixed and matched according to availability and interest.

Special Program Notes

Space is limited for all After-School Programs to maintain safe staffing and oversight levels.
All After-School Programs require advanced registration.
After-School Adventure Programs require an additional fee that varies by program, reduced for contracted After-School students.
Families are billed at the end of each session.

Preschool to Grade 8 After-School Care

Renbrook School families in Preschool to Grade 8 have options for late afternoon care to fit their schedule needs.

HOURS
Monday-Thursday: 3:00 - 6:00 p.m.
Friday: 2:00 - 5:00 p.m.

SCHEDULES

Students enjoy outside playtime, snack, structured and unstructured activities, creative and engaging projects, and learning opportunities such as 1:1 homework help and independent reading.

PRICING
After-School Care has a contracted rate of $10.00 per hour. Contracts allow for flexibility to sign up for the hours that best serve your family's needs.
