Physical activity is an important part of the school day because it helps kids mentally focus and concentrate. Regular physical activity is even more important during distance learning while students are doing so much of their classwork online.
Everyone benefits from the opportunity to just move and get the energy out, get the blood flowing, and the endorphins firing.
