Rich Vartigian
Facilities Special Projects Manager

Rich Vartigian joined Renbrook School in 2025 as Facilities Project Manager, bringing over 25 years of facilities and operations experience from venues across the country. His career began in large-scale event environments, where he managed operations for arenas, stadiums, amphitheaters, and performing arts venues. Over the years, he has supported major NHL and NBA events, large concerts, festivals, and nationally recognized productions.
After decades in the event and entertainment industry, Rich transitioned into independent schools, where he found a new and meaningful way to apply his expertise. He believes that behind-the-scenes excellence in facilities allows a campus to speak for itself. At Renbrook, he focuses on effective project management that prioritizes safety, organization, and visual appeal while supporting a strong educational environment for students, faculty, parents, and guests.
Rich is especially motivated by the opportunity to help restore and enhance Renbrook’s campus so that its buildings and grounds reflect the pride and legacy of its history. He appreciates the ability to think creatively and act independently to deliver high-level results that benefit the entire community.
He approaches each day with the goal of giving 100 percent effort in everything he does. Outside of work, Rich enjoys sports, music, family gatherings, laughter, and living life to the fullest. A fun fact: he once appeared on a television show in California, demonstrating how to convert an arena from one event setup to another.
