Luna Milne

Luna brings a breadth of classroom experience, most recently as a Grade 4 teacher at Verplanck Elementary School in Manchester, where she developed and delivered differentiated, engaging instruction and fostered meaningful partnerships with families. Luna has experience in the independent school community as well, previously teaching at Commonwealth Academy in Virginia where she taught a range of subjects and led a STEAM club and after-school enrichment activities.
Luna holds a Master of Arts in Special Education Literacy from the University of Saint Joseph and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Elementary Education from Central Connecticut State University, where she was also a Division I student-athlete on the swimming and diving team. Her extensive training and certifications in executive function skill development, SEL, technology integration, and special education reflect a deep commitment to meeting students where they are and helping them grow. Luna’s collaborative spirit, strong instructional practices, and passion for nurturing curiosity and confidence in young learners make her a wonderful match for Renbrook’s mission and community.
