  • Tour the Campus and Interview with an Admissions

Call the Admission office to schedule your conference and personalized campus tour. These appointments begin October 1 (prior to your prospective entry year) and continue through the school year. At this meeting you will receive additional information about the school and if requested, information on financial aid.
  • Submit a Completed Application and the $75 Application Fee

Complete the online application form and submit it with the required application fee of $75 at least one week prior to your child's scheduled visit day.
  • Student Visit

Call to schedule your son or daughter’s visit to Renbrook. This gives your child the chance to sample classes at his or her current grade level, enjoy lunch and campus life — all hosted by a current student at Renbrook. Visits begin after December 1.
  • Provide All Required Records

All transcripts, including grades and standardized testing, can be provided by sending a signed copy of the Records Release Form to your child’s current school. Teacher Recommendation Forms are required for all students (One (1) for Grades 1-3, two (2) for Grade 4.)
You will be notified by the Admission Office when your child’s application folder is complete.
  • Expect Notification

Admission notifications will be made on a rolling basis and as space allows.
  • Financial Aid

If you are applying for financial aid, we recommend creating an account on and completing the Parent Financial Statement on that website as early in the process as possible. While financial aid may be available throughout the year, the majority of awards are granted by March 1. For first round financial aid consideration, please apply for an award by February 15.

Acceptance decisions are made on a need-blind basis. Awards arrange from 10% to 70% of tuition. By helping academically qualified students to attend, taking into consideration their families’ resources, financial aid strengthens the economic and social diversity of the school, a key component to Renbrook's mission.  Approximately 32% of our students receive some level of financial aid grant.
