Hello and thank you for coming to the volunteer opportunity page. Renbrook parents are vitally important in helping to make many of the events a success. From the book fair and Upper School Bagel Days to restocking books in the library or bringing food for faculty/staff appreciation day, we need your help to make them go.
We are using Volunteerspot.com, a website that makes it easier to coordinate all the volunteer activities. Please look at the list below and if you see an event that interests you or works with your availability, then click on the appropriate button. You will be taken to a calendar on Volunteerspot where you can select the date(s) you prefer and will enter your email address.
The system will send you a reminder as your chosen date approaches. There is even an option to have the assignments inserted into your electronic calendar (iCal, Outlook, Google, Cozi, etc). The other bonus, is that it will help our event coordinators more efficiently track and communicate with their volunteers.
Thank you
CELEBRATE RENBROOK On May 19, Celebrate Renbrook, the school's annual fundraising event will be held. Extra hands are welcome and needed to help make the event a success. From setting up and breaking down the event, to helping during the event itself. It's a fun way to help out. Click on the link below to find a time and date that works for you.

RENBROOK SCHOOL STORE
Please click the link below to learn more about volunteering at the school store. Even signing up to help just one day a month would be huge. We especially need Sports Day volunteers. It's always a fun day to be on campus, even if your kids are not playing in games. Store tables will be close to playing fields, so you can help and still be near the action.

LIBRARY ASSISTANTS This volunteer opportunity is to help the Renbrook librarians with the herculean task of re-shelving all the books that are constantly in ciruculation. Other library tasks may be included. Click on the button below to volunteer.

FACULTY & STAFF APPRECIATION DAYS Once a month, the PA Vice President organizes these appreciation days as a way to say a quick "thank-you" to the hardworking folks at Renbrook. If you are an avid baker (or just know a good bakery), this is the vent for you. B.O.B. (Bake or Buy) your favorite treats and drop them off. This is a great volunteer gig for the parent who wants to contribute, but who's schedule might not allow them to attend an event in person.

UPPER SCHOOL BAGEL DAYS This popular event helps feed the hungry young minds of Renbrook's Upper School. Volunteers will purchase bagels, cream cheese, butter, paper goods etc and the set up/clean up between 10a-11am on the Bagel Day Date. It's carbs for a cause. Click on the grades button that you wish to select below (multiple dates available).
