§ Decide which schools you will apply to.
§ Sort through all your application packets, fill out basic information.
§ Check in recommendations with Mrs. Clark who will initial them.
§ Turn in school forms to Mrs. Clark
§ Give the recommendation forms to your teachers in stamped, addressed envelopes.
BY WINTER BREAK
§ All recommendations, forms and your Parent Release Form must be checked in with Mrs. Clark.
§ Be sure your teachers have received your recommendation forms (at the latest).
§ Begin or continue writing your applications.
§ Get copies of the School Scholarship Service (SSS) form if you are applying for financial aid.
§ Keep in touch with Mrs. Clark by phone, e-mail and/or in person.
